Do yourself a favor and skip the many unfounded negative reviews, this is one of the single best cocktail bars I have ever been to. Dear Irving has a speakeasy vibe to it, a funky, dimly lit interior that feels exactly how you want it to. If you can, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar. Watch the bartenders work. Great cocktails. My martini was made quite well, near perfection in fact. Wagyu sliders were small, but definitely juicy. 4 stars as they ran out of Grey Goose. Not sure how a bar runs out of one of the most common/popular vodka liquors. Very cool intimate place for friends/dates, and the “hit the button for service” is quite useful. View all feedback.
