Dunkin' - Broad Channel

We had a good experience here. We only took coffee and toasted cheddar cheese twists. Coffee was very hot and tasted. The cheddar twists were soft, fresh. Prices are, of course, higher than outside of airport Dunkins have, but not too high as I was expecting. What Jordan Hill doesn't like about Dunkin':
*UPSTAIRS/FOOD COURT LOCATION* Burnt croissant, not golden like the picture. Horrible customer service. Very soft spoken girl in the morning sounds like she whispers to customers, doesn 't speak up or clearly. Just laid my order on the counter and walked away. I had to ask if my order was complete....no ok, here 's your order .....may just be a young, lazy generation thing. Not taught manners or customer service as an employee. Businesses with a lower than 4 star rating is suspect to begin with....
