I came in for Dunkin’s national free donuts for Veterans(I am a Vet). The employees looked at us like we were idiots when we asked. They said they weren’t told about it. No problem we explained it to them and asked them to ask management if their location was participating in it. They looked us in the face and said “You really want us to get our manager for that?”. THREE TIMES I’ve been here and they’re out of bacon cheddar bites — which I would’ve been fine with IF they didn’t still keep them on the menu to order but substitute the nasty spinach ones for them and NOT tell me! I would’ve said I don’t even want them! View all feedback.
One of the best D D on Staten Island. The coffee is always hot the donuts are always fresh. Don't forget about the staff, extremely pleasant courteous.
Like it clean place and people are friendly.
