This restaurant is extremely expensive. The $5 bottles of water are the only reason to visit, as the premade sandwiches are disappointingly soggy. I highly recommend trying the pecan pie at this restaurant! I'm giving it a 5-star rating because it has definitely improved. The staff is very kind and welcoming, although the owner can come off as a bit bitter. The pastries here are truly amazing and better than most trendy bakery and coffee shops on the Upper East Side.
