Had an excellent experience at Guevara's! I had the breakfast torta which had a mung bean fritata, red cabbage, tomato, bacon substitute, vegan cheese, avocado and mole mayo on a wheat kaiser. The mole mayo had just the perfect amount of spice and it was so flavorful. I also split nachos with my friend which were loaded with toppings! Meh. I bet if the food was hot, it’d be a lot better. My food was room temp at best empanada was actually cold though and the floor was sticky. First vegan place I go to in New York and it was a bit subpar kinda disappointing but what can ya do. View all feedback.

I’ve had the “bacon egg cheese” breakfast sandwich 3days in a row now. It’s a most excellent sandwich, slightly spicy and very satisfying vegan version.
