Found this place while looking for a good ramen place; typed “best ramen on Staten Island”. I ended up going with my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. There wasn't anyone else there, but the service was very good, everyone was friendly, we received our food within no time. What R2Deepu doesn't like about Hks Kitchen:
Really just ok. I want to like a place when it's a first time for me, but it wasnt supreme. Ordered take out. Ramen and wings. The Ramen was packaged nice and hot for take-home, and was hot upon consumption. The wings were unlike any wings I've ever had before.
