beautiful view! good cocktails tacos too! you can either sit and view the city or sit and view the water, both cozy spots. music was a litttttle loud though. great spot to meet with friends. View all feedback.
What Rick B doesn't like about Hugo:
The staff at this place acts as if they are doing you a favor for allowing you the privilege of spending money at their mediocre bar. There are plenty of other rooftops bars with views of downtown Manhattan. I would highly recommend trying any other one. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff, especially the bouncers.
