Impasto - Broad Channel

Based on the average evaluation of 4.3, the Impasto is definitely worth a visit.

What Matthew Hart likes about Impasto:
Basically, it's only for take-out or delivery. I think what I like most about this place is that the tomato sauce has a wonderful bright flavor. Even in NYC, it's sometimes hard to avoid getting that sweet marinara sauce that seems to appeal to the palate of Americans who generally have a higher tolerance for sugar in their food. What jasmine kop doesn't like about Impasto:
At first I thought the food was good. The cheese was weirdly melted when it arrived, like liquid. I was worried about eating it but my roommate figured that was because it took awhile to get here, so it over melted while hot and cooled off by the time I got it. I heated it back up, tasted fine but the next day I was sick and in the bathroom for most of the day. Won't bother from here anymore. View all feedback.
