Italian Village Pizza - Broad Channel

What Tyler Lau likes about Italian Village Pizza:
I had both the regular slices and their Sicilian slices. Both were very good. Their pizza is thick, very cheesy and also very saucy. They are also of a good size. Overall, it is very nice old school New York style pizza exactly the way I like it. My only criticism though just a minor one is that the crust is little too big. This makes the slices a little too bready. View all feedback.

What Jennifer Tuschman doesn't like about Italian Village Pizza:
My daughter just moved to NYC so we stopped here for a slice after setting up her apartment. BIG MISTAKE! The pizza was worse than what I can get in my South Florida suburb. The sauce was absurdly sweet and until I added some oregano and garlic powder, the slice had no flavor whatsoever. How does a pizza place like this stay in business in NYC when there are so many better options nearby? View all feedback.
