There aren't many notable british restaurants in nyc, but this is one of them. A great laid back atmosphere, cool interior, and great food make this a must stop. Fish and chips is so easy to do lazily, but they really nail it. A terrific filet of fresh fish is the basis for the dish, and the fry is crispy, flavorful, but not overpowering.
