They really screwed up the ankimo handroll. Ankimo is usually served steamed and sliced, so I was expecting the handroll to have that inside, but it looked like it was mashed into a grounded up consistency? The texture was off putting and the citrus they added made it taste sour. I let the server know, and they said they did that intentionally.
