Worst customer service i've ever heard while placing a phone order in my life. The lady on the phone was so incredibly cold and uninviting, her attitude was inexcusable and made me not even want to come pick up my order. Their hot dogs and buffalo fingers are 10 out of 10 I can't get enough! The service is fast they finish the food fast!

"Over rated place, I used to get my breakfast to this place since its on my way to walk my dog to the Hernandez park. Nothing special to this place and one morning this person by the casher I think woke up in the other side of the bed and bring her attitude to work. Never again I will spend my money to this place."

"Sadly, I'm addicted lol. I've tried quite a few boba shops and Gong Cha is one of the best boba tea's ever. I order the creme brulee flavor mainly and my daughter loves the cookies and cream w/soy milk. The creme brulee milk caps are beyond amazing, you can control the sugar and ice level, also great options. The staff is great even when I order through Grub Hub, they will call you for needed adjustments promptly."
