Noodlecraft - Broad Channel

What Vinson T likes about Noodlecraft:
This is a hidden gem in LIC, I am so glad Noodlecraft opened up in the neighborhood. It's located in the middle of the block on 47th Rd., between Vernon and Jackson Ave. The space is quite huge with wooden cafeteria type tables. It satisfies my cravings for Asian/Taiwanese food. What Samantha C doesn't like about Noodlecraft:
This place was alright — wouldn’t come back. Thought the noodles were not soft enough. It was solid and took a good minute of mixing in the soup bowl to separate it. We got both the classic lanzhou and braised beef noodle soup. Flavor was just not there. The salt and pepper chicken was mediocre as well. View all feedback.
