Ive come to Pho Hoai for 9y with constant, reliable praise for their cooking. I got the 51f Bun Bo Hue which very few Viet places in the city have because its a regional dish with high labor and low familiarity, but oh it is just so so good. Thank you Pho Hoai and staff! View all feedback.
