I highly recommend Potbelly for a solid sub in the city. I usually get the wreck or the Italian, both are delicious. Add some oil and seasoning to make your sandwich juicer and more flavorful. They don’t skimp out on the fillings (meats, hot peppers, etc). Ordering through the app and doing pickup is fast and convenient.
