What a gem that Pueblo Querido is! The fiancé and I needed food after spending late morning at McCarren Park a couple of Sundays ago. We took a nice walk through Greenpoint to get to this Colombian cafe. We loved the décor nodding to Colombianculture. And, the empanadas (we each got a chicken and a beef empanada) were spectacular. Google schedule is not correct. I just ordered my big coffee and food as I was told they close in 10 minutes at 2:30. I also came here for coffee as in the picture in a beautiful cup, but I received a regular cardboard cup. I don't know why this placehas such a good rating, in my experience there is nothing good here. View all feedback.
This place is awesome! Best beef empanada and coffee, and when my car broke down they charged my phone for me. Very kind people selling delicious food!
