Raku - Broad Channel

What Karl N likes about Raku:
This little place right off the park was an amazing find. Probably the best meal I had in nyc. Food was top notch, service was fantastic and the experience reminded me of the little holes in the wall I popped into in Tokyo. The bento box is recommended and gives a ton of food. What Joe L doesn't like about Raku:
Very disappointing of our take out order. We have been fan of Raku for more than 10 years. We thought their sashimi are consistently fresh, service is great and love their portion too. We order a mix special roll and a dragon roll. Mix special roll smells. Dragon roll has little eel. Hamachi Kama was half burnt, salmon bento box came with a dry salmon and a stale sushi roll.
