What Steven Roig likes about Starbucks:
The associates were working hard and they were polite. They had a line of customer's and they did a good job of moving the line. I got a caramel ribbon crunch,less the crunchies due to none being available. But they did let me know before hand and I still got my coffee. One more associate, would have been nice to maintain cleaning the counters side and refill their napkins. Overall I was satisfied. read more.

Waited 25 minutes for my espresso. When I inquired about it, they told me to wait a few more minutes. Unfortunately, I had to ask the server for a refund because I was still waiting cluelessly .
