What Taylor S likes about The Elk:
THE ELK is THE spot. Serving up amazing coffee, breakfast all day, and a delicious lunch menu make this one of my favorite cafes in the west village. Even T Swift has mentioned she loves this place. I decided to switch it up on my last visit and try something off the drink special menu. I went with the Cinn-Full latte and it was incredible. What Loi S doesn't like about The Elk:
I had a really stressful experience here — I wasn 't happy with my order, and asked the barista if she could please remake part of it. She became so aggressive and rude, started lecturing me on how well she knew espresso, and made me repeat what I was asking for in a condescending way. It was really mean.
