Second time coming here. Yesterday had the Mochadamia and it was really good and fairly priced compared to others in the city right now. The ambiance is nice, the front area to order is small, however the have a larger room in the back (which then connects to the bar) has a few comfortable seating options, however only one area has a plug just a heads up if you’re looking to use your computer. What Timothy R doesn't like about The Roost:
They’re not a coffee shop/bar; they’re two separate business models. We came over at 8:30pm to do some work and drink (coffee and alcohol) and were told “no laptops” after 7. We wouldn’t have made the trip had that been posted ️ Anyway, the guy who greeted us was nice and let us buy alcohol and work — and then we walked in and another guy was already working… on his laptop. ️ View all feedback.
Super mellow. I love their coffee. And I love the bar on the back too. They have many interesting beers on tap and huge whiskey selection.
