A local pub to me and one which could be very very good if they could secure a good chef. Currently food is only available but the various food vans they allow on site. Usually at the weekends and one food van at a time. I've been told if there isn't a food van then they do allow you to order a takeaway, but better to check than assume you can first. What Darren Tabernor doesn't like about Blue Boar Pub:
The rooms were old and could do with a refresh. Nearly every surface you touched seemed sticky to the touch. I suggest not booking if you wanted to eat food because they have not got the restaraunt working. The beds were extremely hard with a cheap feeling.
