Our work Christmas event was here in December, the building is beautiful, the bar is intimate with a modest selection. Afternoon tea with friends was very disappointing. We had our own room which was nice, however the table was enormous and so it was impossible to interact with anyone unless they were near you. The food consisted of finger sandwiches which were nice and very few tiny stale cheese straws. No sausage rolls or quiche as you’d normally expect.
