"This restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb hosts and we were very pleased we followed it as we rarely seek out restaurants in hotels. The ambience is lovely. The menu interesting and the food very good the portions are quite large so make sure...you take a good appetite with you! We shared the peanut butter ice cream cake and it still defeated us but it was oh so good. Dining options in Broken Hill are limited and we highly recommend this restaurant."

"All 3 of us had a great meal at the Tydvil, they very kindly allowed us to come in a bit later as during Sept school hols everything was booked out . Best pub meal we had the whole week on NSW country trip . The steaks were melt in your mouth . Thanks all the staff ????"

"The club itself and staff are s cond to none, so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is what let's the club down. Todays salad was limp, undressed and definitely not appealing. Chips not seasoned and the Scotch fillet that was meant to be rare was well done in parts. This has happened way too much lately, very disappointing"

"I am so happy to see Indian Restaurant over here. I was so hungry and ordered steamed rice with Home Style Chicken Curry . It was so delicious. I loved it. Next day my wife ordered Chole Bhature, i am sorry to say but curry was so salty, can’t eat at all. Thank you for your service"

"The food when it finally came out after waiting for an hour was good. When questioned the manager about the wait, I was told 'I should have been told there is a minimum of 45 minute wait'. My response was 'yes that's right I should have been told but wasn't'.I will not return after the very slow service and poor management attitude towards their patrons."

"The staff at HJ's seem to take pride in their work rather than some other similar outlets that just slap it together and hope you don't complain. Also, their burgers have not shrunk as much as their major competitor. Keep up the good work HJ's Broken Hill."
