A couple of other recent reviews mention this is the ‘best’. I wholeheartedly agree. We had excellent, friendly and very prompt service. I felt that staff went out of their way to be helpful. (Service is so very important in my view). Our lunch was sandwiches/salad/coleslaw, all of which was superb. Great choice of breads and fillings. What a super little community café. We shall return. Cakes looked lovely but didn’t try any , scrambled eggs watery and cold beans , tea so weak could not taste was like drinking hot water , improvements to be made , on the plus side the staff were lovely , could be a little gem of a place with a bit more effort View all feedback.
