"We had a fantastic stay here, two standard double rooms for 6 nights. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean and spacious, the pool area was lovely and the views of the countryside are spectacular. The food is exceptional, lots of options for breakfast, we enjoyed the delicious fresh fruit, pancakes and pastries, the coffee was really great too. Lunch by the pool and dinner in the restaurant was amazing. The staff were so welcoming every day of our stay, they really went above and beyond for us, the kindest staff we’ve ever met. Do not hesitate to book Rocca dei Saranceni, we can’t recommend it enough."

"We had the antipasto, Pistaschio pasta and fried provolone with ratatouille and all was really good. The hotel restaurant was recommended by one of the locals as we got off in Randazzo from the Circumetnea train around Mt Etna. Perfect day!"
