What CSantiago doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
On Sunday, there were only two employees working at the restaurant. One was managing the drive-thru while the other was handling the counter. Due to the limited staff, there was a long line and customers were getting impatient, with some even leaving because of the wait. The restaurant appeared messy with garbage on the floor and tables, indicating that no one had swept or cleaned up. View all feedback.
