A man was approaching the store and the woman behind me in line ran to block the door and was screaming that the man was her son, and that he was trying to hurt her, while the man said he didn't know her and just wanted to buy a donut. The employees had to lock the door and we waited about 30 minutes for the police to arrive and they arrested the guy. I still don't know what that was all about. Anyways the staff were... Mobile Order was completely wrong, i ordered a large hot latte with whipped cream, an extra shot of espresso, and oatmilk and got a medium hot coffee, no whipped cream, no espresso shot and no oatmilk. All of the things i was charged extra for was notadded. Absolutely ridiculous View all feedback.
