The quality of food (Crispy Chicken and Tenders) is excellent compared to other local places like Texas Chicken Burger. It is also fairer in price. However, customer service needs improvement. On more than one occasion, I was given the wrong order due to a staff member mishearing my order. This and other examples of communication errors from that same staff member mars what is otherwise a satisfactory experience. View all feedback.
