My daughter and I visited this location today for the first time to take advantage of the Tuesday drink special. The store was clean and well lit. The barista Ayanka was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional as I was having difficulties with the app and it would not let me order ahead. Ayanka took great care of my daughter and I. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
1. the employees are not very nice, but that's okay considering the stress under which they are. due to the high order volume, however, they are on the mobile app and claim to be always out of everything. when I arrive, I take my brot off from the refrigerator, because as I said, they lie. So, this place preferably personal order, good. once I bring my sand, which was told to me that I have to put my own sugar in my coffee. I could prepare it myself at this place. I've never told you that before. the lazyness of this place is beyond me and do not give me the “busy” excuse because the diets on the 14th street union place is far more busy and extremely accommodating.
