hello all, first I live in Georgia so to get to ny I must all my favorite food I was in white burgen for 2 days and I enjoyed every bite of my food it was hot fresh and I saved every bite! thank you. white castle is well made for a wonderful job! the employees were also very nice! Horrible customer service from the manager. One of my items in my order was wrong, which was not my fault , I’ll add- but the item I wanted was 1.00 more, since the cashier rang it incorrectly. Once I spoke with the manager instead of her just giving me the right item, or even charging the difference and giving me the right item, she wanted to reverse the whole charge and re-ring my order. "This place is a quality restaurant disguised as a bar the food is very high quality, though you'll pay up for it. There are plenty of seats around the bar as well as tables good for groups up to 4. The service was great, vert prompt and courteous. French Onion Soup Dumplings: These are a frequent highlight among fellow Yelpers for good reason. You get 6 little dough balls filled with french onion soup and topped with a ton of cheese and chive shavings. I havent seen a menu item similar to these (besides more traditional soup dumplings). These certainly lived up to the hype, and I would recommend them. BBQ Benedict: Savory and sweet pulled pork sitting atop english muffin slices and topped with perfectly poached eggs. They're served with a hash brown (cut into two pieces) and a raw cabbage salad. While very tasty, would recommend to add another hash brown to the dish one is simply not enough especially given the amount of free flowing yolk and bbq sauce.
