Everytime my order has been wrong ,I waited till 530 this morning for them to open while an employee was busy primping her hair in her car ,by 535 I left ,this place is awful and needs to be shut down ,this is not a one time occurrence ,several several times ,such bad employees

Every since this McDonald's received their renovation's they have gone downhill. I can never go here to grab quick breakfast they line is always slow. This morning I went for breakfast and my pancakes was not even put into the oven, order a frappe as well and the machine was down as always and when I told the manager to refund me, her response was tap your card I said I paid cash she then ask the cashier did she pay cash, what kind of customer service is this, the customer is always right. Been a community member since 1999, this restaurant is at its worst.
