Jimmy John's - Brookfield

I usually enjoy eating at JJs because they are fast at delivering your food. I prefer to write positive reviews rather than negative ones. Unfortunately, I ordered food before my lunch break at work, thinking it would arrive on time as my workplace is only 5 minutes away. After 45 minutes, my order tracker showed that the food was delivered, but I did not receive it. When I called the restaurant, they said the driver had been called back and my order would arrive soon. However, after another 30 minutes, my food still hadn't arrived and my lunch break had already passed. When I called to cancel my order and request a refund, I was hung up on. I contacted customer support and was informed that I would receive a refund, but it has been almost two weeks of back and forth with no sign of my refund. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

This is my favorite JJs in the Brookfield area. They are incredibly fast and always greet me warmly when I place my order. I have never had any mistakes with my order here. Keep up the fantastic work!

I am giving this restaurant 4 stars because the person taking my order didn't seem very excited about my large order. However, I really enjoy the food, the chips, and the cookie at this place. It is one of my favorite sub shops.

Freaky Fast is this location, we did a big order online for the office. 1 sub was missing. We called and within 10 mins the missing sub was back to our office. Great job keep it up!!!!!!

They are FAST! I have received my food before my check card processed! Freshly made, ans always good!
