"I will give 5 stars for food to this restaurant but the service esp the front desk is awful so 2 stars for that. We waited and waited and waited to get seated and literally had to argue to sit. They keep sending people who came after us because we have 6 people in the group two were kids. On checking in we were asked to wait for 20 minutes after waiting for 40 minutes when we get in to check in the lady said we don't know when you will be seated. I checked the list there were 10 people who came behind us have been checked in. When asked why we are not being seated she said because you have more people , if this was the case you should have told us before, we would have not waited for that long with kids literally starving....so if you have a big group (ours was not that big though) please think before going...or be ready to fight to get seated there is absolutely no procedure or rules to be seated or if there is some other reason we don't know for not being treated properly. Adding pictures of the food we ordered"

"My fave hand crafted fast food in the area. They have 3 locations around town, the Tosa is my go-to. The guys are super friendly and cool. The little restaurant is bright with a cool vibe and exceptionally clean. You just can 't beat the fresh quality for the price."

"First time eating at Champps. We ordered the Potato Skins Wisconsin Cheese Curds for appetizers. The potato skins came out perfectly cooked, were fairly large sized and had a good amount of cheese bacon the only thing they didn't include was green onion, which would have made these perfect. The cheese curds were disappointing, they were very bland, not a hint of the garlic flavor in the breading like the menu listed. They also tasted a bit stale, almost like they were from a freezer box and just reheated. My daughter ordered the butter noodle with parm from the kids menu. She did need to ask for extra parm because there wasn't much to begin with, but the waitress was happy to accommodate and brought her two different kinds to add. The portion size was very large for a child's meal so this would be filling for even older children. From the regular menu we ordered Mesquite Dry Rub Wings, Wood Fired Salmon, Three Cheese Potroast Melt and Beef Barbacoa Macaroni Cheese. The wings were a bit too charred for our liking, but the meat inside was juicy and not overcooked. The salmon was also cooked well and had a decent flavor. The Three Cheese Potroast Melt tasted absolutely delicious and came out on perfectly toasted garlic bread. The Beef Barbacoa Mac Cheese was the star at our table. It was very savory and unique tasting with a perfect little bit of heat to the white cheese sauce."

"So nice to have a great breakfast with my niece oh, sister and parents. The service is spectacular, even though the place is crowded. Coffee is offered very regularly. The sausages are extremely tasty and they do eggs over easy just right. I'll be back."
