We're hanging around a lot. Yesterday we came to this excellent restaurant that recommended us friends. We had a nice evening with delicious food and a well-trained team and an excellent kitchen. I try to be gracious and I understand that customer service is hard. But that's the second time they screwed up my order. And when I called up to ask for a refund and I was polite about it, the woman said no, was extremely rude and suspended on me. Life is hard enough, I'd rather spend my money somewhere.
