Ordered at 5:30 pm and needed ready by 6:45. When arrived to Brookway Blvd location in Brookhaven MS. Got a email confirming and then a email at 6:30 saying order was almost finished. Upon arriving my son was told it would be awhile they would have to cook some meatballs that they would call me and explain. No phone, and it tried calling them multiple times just to get a busy signal for over a hour. Finally after 2 h... View all feedback.

Order was right. No waiting time for mobile jobs. The staff is always friendly.

"While going back home from a Bus Tour to New York, we just happened to Google for a place to stop and have lunch. G B had good reviews and the food looked soooo good. I called and they were able to accommodate our tour group. What a treat!!! The food was more than what we could have imagined. Please try the fried green tomatoes, and the turnip bites as appetizers. Soooo good! The whole group (32) were very pleased. We are still talking about Georgia Blue two weeks later. The wait staff was outstanding! We are from Texas, and if we get to Chattanooga again, we will definitely stop . I regret not getting photos of the group. I highly recommend GEORGIA BLUE!! You won't be disappointed."

"I ordered the family meal and paid to substitute the beasts for thighs. I ask the the cashier if she had substituted the breaststroke for thighs and she said yes with a smile. When I arrived home and opened the box there were wings, kegs and breaststroke. There were no thighs. I tried calling the store and the complaint office for 3 days but no answer. Very disappointed at the Popeyes on Green Oak Blvd. in Arlington."

"The GM Veronica was absolutely rude this morning as I was rushed during my order, I DID NOT complete my order. The order was separated without request as Penny decided to share with me at the register… needless to say the order should have been combined.I’m the past, I too have worked in the fast food industry, and I am POSITIVE that quality customer service is a goal! Therefore, any personal issues in which one has should be handled before you interact with the customer. Should I call and tell my friends in Brookhaven MS to be prepared for the vicious tiger Veronica in the mornings!!! 8:42AM is not the time to ruin one’s day!!!!"
