Applebee's Grill - Brookings

Last time we were here, they took an hour to get our order. We gave another attempt and they didn't disappoint us this time. Food was amazing. We were quickly visited and the food came soon.

Great Restaurant all together!! The staff works together very well and I never had any issues with food or service. Comfortable and super clean atmosphere. New management completely turned the store around! I can say Applebees is the top restaurant in Brookings!

The food was good. About what you would expect for chain food that is dine-in. The server was very nice and gave a refund on a salad for one of the people in our party.

Last server we had created their own imaginary dish after misunderstanding our order, then combatted us with said imaginary order, and barely returned to check on us again or remedy the situation. This is in addition to several bad experiences over the last few years varying from poor service to food temperature issues. Sad because it used to be one of our favorite places to eat in Brookings. Go across the street to Whiskey Creek and save yourself some disappointment.

Between 1-10, i would give a 9.9 everything was on point, from the greeting/welcome to taking our order, server follow-up to our meal fresh hot and good, The manager came and checked on us who does that anymore, Apple Bee's
