"Great breakfast! We went here twice during our stay. my only regret was I wanted to try the blueberry pie but was too full after a big breakfast. The warm coconut macaroon was excellent! We’ll be back again next year!"

"“Famous baby” and his parents absolutely loved the tasting menu. Many thanks to Chef Devin and her incredible staff!! The only thing better than the service and the atmosphere was every single course. Delightful surprises and fabulous flavor profiles. My husband’s only complaint was that he “just wanted double of everything”. Our 11m old son had his first bites of lobster couldn’t get enough of the caramelized onion butter and focaccia bread. Keep doing what you’re doing, Aragosta it’s amazing! If you’re on the fence or reading the negative reviews, just book the dinner anyway. I cannot fathom where those reviews came from. Everything was beyond tasty, everyone was extremely friendly, and we wish we had time to come again! Thank you! Famous baby fam."

"Beautiful seafood restaurant in Bass Harbor. Would recommend getting the Calamari, Clam Chowder and lobster roll. The lobster seafood caserole was good, but the amount was a little small. They give you two sides for seafood plates. They serve bread and butter while waiting for your order. If you visit the lighthouse, stay here for lunch/night as you will probably get a bit more value for money than eating in a restaurant in Bar Harbor."

"To echo many of the earlier reviews I?ve read, my family and I are on vacation, and staying in Bar Harbor. We?re vegetarians which can make dining out more challenging in seaside cities. We were dreading going out to eat tonight when we stumbled across this gem after a drive out to see the Bass Harbor lighthouse. Thank goodness! It was clean, warm, and well lit. The menu was small and they were full. Staff was friendly and happy to accommodate our vegetarian needs. This"
