I had just woken up from a nap around 9pm and didn't have any food in my apartment. I didn't feel like going out to eat, so I decided to walk across the street to this bodega. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options they had available. They offered a wide selection of vegan prepared meals, as well as vegan snacks, Asian delicacies, cereals, noodles, and vegan meat from brands like Gardein and Boca. Additionally, they had vegan frozen meals, oat ice cream, silk yogurt, and non-dairy milk. I even spotted vegan horchata and protein shakes on their shelves!
