Jimmy johns always find a way to give me cravings. I like how clean the place is and the decorations everywhere. Keep in mind depending on whom works that day the sandwich might be sloppily done. But the food is still great to eat. Luckily, I came on a good day. I highly recommend the Italian nightclub. View all feedback.
What Olive doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I almost always have to wait a really long time every time I go there without any explanation. The food has always been made correctly it is just such a long wait and sometimes other similar problems. View all feedback.
I placed an order at 6pm to be delivered. Finally at 8pm with no update on the tracker and no contact from the store I called them. I was told they have no driver. They had no intention of calling me to let me know that I guess and were just going to keep my money had I not called.
Cari (hope spelled right) was awesome I was having problems on the app redeeming a reward. The problem was ordering as a combination. She was great was able to place order on the phone apply the coupon.
At every Jimmy John's I've ever been to, a slim sub is just meat and cheese without all the other extra fixings (even says this on this particular locations big menu) but this location will charge you extra for the cheese that's supposed to be standard on the slim.
Horrible service!!! Lady Laziest employees ever!! Had to wait 20 mins for a sandwich that said it was done 10 mins ago. There was another customer waiting just like I was for just a long, and said that are just talking instead of doing their jobs!!smh
Order was made completely wrong and we didn’t even customize the sandwiches. We ordered a #1 and #4 yet there were jalapeños and some time of spicy ranch added to them.
