The owner refused to allow us to be seated! We entered the restaurant at approximately 2:15 PM on 1/13. ALL tables but one were totally empty-there were 4 seated at the rear table. We were told you need a reservation. We told him we had eaten there just three weeks ago at lunchtime with no difficulty.
