I have been coming here for a few years and didnt have an issue. Today, I ordered a salad for me and my wife that had walnuts in it. I asked twice for no walnuts due to severe allergy. They made the mistake to bring it out with walnuts, which happens, and I immediately told them again that we have severe allergy. They brought the salad to the back. "Sadly, I'm addicted lol. I've tried quite a few boba shops and Gong Cha is one of the best boba tea's ever. I order the creme brulee flavor mainly and my daughter loves the cookies and cream w/soy milk. The creme brulee milk caps are beyond amazing, you can control the sugar and ice level, also great options. The staff is great even when I order through Grub Hub, they will call you for needed adjustments promptly."
