Uncle Frankie's is truly the BEST. And there are lots of great pizza spots in this neighborhood to compete with. Uncle Frankie's pizza is consistently so delicious and the ingredients always taste so fresh. It's always been delivered correctly and on time. "I was surprised to see a bubble tea spot in this area. The store is very small so you do end up getting up close with people as they are trying to get through, but there are 2 doors, 1 on each side of the store so that's a plus. I got the passionfruit slush which is my go-to. I am glad that there aren't any seeds in it so I was able to enjoy it to the fullest."
