What User likes about Dover:
Four of us had dinner here after a show at BAM. Have been here a few times and it never disappoints, just wish I lived closer. Staff was excellent , cocktails made very well, had a delicious mid priced white wine. Tried the pappardelle w/ lamb ragu, delicate and delicious and a pear salad, yum, greens were so fresh. Amazing, constantly changing menu. Dover is, along with his sister-restaurant Battersby, has the best kitchen in New York City.
