The customer service was excellent and very prompt.

Pretty low traffic, so they get their order pretty fast. the drinks are quite standard from other Dunkin chains.

How does it take 18 minutes to make an iced coffee?

Worst customer service ever. Waited almost 20 minutes in line. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They will not see my cash ever again.

The service at this restaurant is quick and efficient, and they now have a dining room.
