I have the Hajji-Burger. the man in the business gave excellent reccs for sauces to supplement on them- fat young soße mayo. also the Yuccaries that make them different. it is not only cut and fried - they seem to mix the root, then form and freeze it. so it is more of a soft frit than a rigid crispy. still good! defend it worth trying!
