Pretty standard coffee shop. Good amount of seating in a fairly open space. I had a matcha latte (not bad, not great) as well as a really good olive oil loaf. Service was standard, quick and simple View all feedback.
What Jessica B doesn't like about Hungry Ghost:
I had a taste for iced coffee and I went to Door Dash Kitchens first but they didn't have simple syrup. Nowadays, I can't drink my iced coffee/cold brew without some simple syrup--the granulated sugar just sits at the bottom. I pulled up my Yelp app and found Hungry Ghost. Amazing quality of coffee and cakes! I tried the vegan banana cake and was so fresh and tasty! Lovely coffee and service! I recommend it!
We stopped for coffee towards to the airport. The coffee has amazing taste and flavor. The customer service was polite and smilie. The vegan banana bread was super fresh and soft that mealting to your mouth. Amazing little coffee!!
For a quaint coffee shop, I loved what it has. Very personal baristas, friendly patrons. But it was very small and I felt like I could not something over or bump into someone easily. I was happy to find a warm place and a hot cup of tea to take with me while waiting for my grandson to get out of class. Took my tea with me on the subway and was happy!
The cappuccino is really good especially when you have it Early in the morning, the coffee is so fresh and tasty. It's like the perfect cup of coffee to have in the morning to wake you up!
Perfectly fine coffee shop with a selection of snacks and light meals. Wouldn't go out of my way to get here, but would happily stop off again if I was passing by.
