I am a regular diner at Jack the Horse Tavern and I have to say that this past Saturday evening I had a particularly enjoyable dinner and cocktails. I had dishes I have had previously, but the appetizer (beet salad) main course (short ribs) and even the cheese plate for dessert, were notably excellent.
