I was able to do a mobile order to order ahead but you need to check in when you get there before they make your order. I guess it helps with keeping the food fresh and hot. However, you will still need to wait on line for the food. The preparation did take a while. The mcflurry machine was also held up as it appears to make a couple of mcflurries at a time before it needs to make more ice cream. View all feedback.
