I'm recreating Yuji-Ramen-Dinner. nice little escaping. my recommendation would be to skip the raves and order only the mazeman. ramen is 3 stars- there was nothing special and seemed more fusionsramen. fish ramen, not my thing -taste like fish water and noodles. the speck and more eierteller was okay, but very undercooked noodles, which is how it is done, but I just feel just rushed in general. the sashimi was on the thick side and much to handle. View all feedback.
