What User likes about Public Records:
really good food and really attentive service. we sat inside and it seemed like the people who were there to feed, were inside and in the outside were the people makly there for drinks. more people in the outside terrace than inside in the early evening. we will put this on our rotation and bring friends and family next time. What Juan B doesn't like about Public Records:
The vibe of this place is really cool and the service is great. However, the main reason we came was for the food which was just ok. The dishes were nicely decorated and decent size but unfortunately we did not like all the flavors. Most of the dishes felt bitter or like something was off, trying to be something it’s not. Beautiful cafe in a remote area in Gowanus with excellent coffee, a beautiful minimal interior and excellent sound system. Dinner is delicious and a MOOD.
